Please ensure you specify your preferred medical alert symbol for both the front and back when entering in your personalisation details and state your chosen decorative line (heart or plain). If no symbol or line is stated, our default Medical Cross (Cross 1) and Plain Line will be engraved.

We kindly ask that all personalised details are selected carefully, including spelling and formatting. Because each item is personalised, we cannot offer refunds or replacements where incorrect information, spelling, formatting, or design selections were provided at the time of ordering.
